About us

Community Development and Environment Association (CDEA), a non-profit organization. The organization was founded by Khampha Keomanichanh, has been officially established since earlier 2004, with the following mission: to assist underprivileged communities in Lao PDR by working directly with people at the grassroots level to effectively utilize the environmental resources, to improve living standards and increase income generation. CDEA established for helping poor people in rural area to improve their life and also protecting the environmental. Mostly our work base on Water supply system and Sanitation Program, sustainable Development program, Promoting the environment, Hygiene and Sanitation, Energy system and Empowerment the community. Now, CDEA is working with four provinces: Vientiane Capital, Oudomxay province, Xiengkuang Province and Sekong province (Thateng district). CDEA has head quarter located in Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR
