The creation of the Foundation consists of a visionary response, of support and development, before the silent concern and evident global and local insufficiency, for the management of the environment, the adaptation, mitigation, and response to Climate Change, for the promotion of Sustainable Development, for the better development of human settlements, for reflection, creation, and innovation in the field of Eco policies, through education, projection, planning, and execution of acts that will allow materializing the contribution to society according to its purposes, supporting the institutional strengthening in this context and promoting the improvement of the quality of life of citizens, in harmony with the natural balance and biodiversity. The purpose of the Foundation will be to study, plan, develop and execute any action aimed at achieving a balance between nature and humanity, through structural, intellectual, legal and/or spiritual transformation.
