About us

Our Äerdschëff is a healthy and comfortable, self-sufficient space and a pioneering centre for the Redange region for human learning and flourishing in an environmentally respectful way.
Earthship, one of the world's first public buildings inspired by Earthships, will be a center for social diversity and a showcase for the cultural transition to a low-impact world. We will create a space for sharing that will awaken the desire for education in each of our visitors, regardless of their age, background and place of origin. It is in this spirit that we put into practice the concepts of solidarity, respect, dignity and mobilization. Earthship's mission is to create relationships between people and create community.

Through this space, open to all, we want to create social relationships in families, villages and the region. Designed for children and adults of all ages and mobility, Earthship will be an educational center focused on ecology, self-expression and diversity. Earthship will also create many open spaces for every citizen to share knowledge and experience: art exhibitions, joint games, creative weeks, workshops, courses and seminars, concerts, film screenings, ... This place is also intended for documentation, learning and research. to stimulate curiosity and creativity, to develop and be able to share their own skills and knowledge. Earthship and its surroundings live and demonstrate citizen-led energy and transition for a sustainable and regenerative future.
