Companies with a long history and traditions in the respective sector are legendary, and their names are a symbol of quality and trust. Bulgarian entrepreneurs can be counted on the fingers, who can boast of a history that exceeds one human life. "Agria" AD is one of them - 90 years - the only Bulgarian producer of plant protection products in a country where agriculture has always been the main livelihood.

Established in 1932, in response to the needs of Bulgarian agriculture, Agria has steadily passed through historical, economic and social periods of our country, precisely because its quality products are an irreplaceable aid to the Bulgarian agricultural producer.

The free economy gave a strong impetus to the development of Agria, and in the late 1990s, the company quickly gained positions in the international market, winning a leading position and becoming a recognizable name in the field of plant protection. Today, on the international market, Agria has over 500 registered products in more than 70 countries, including the USA, Brazil, China, the Republic of South Africa and Australia. During the period from Bulgaria's membership in the EU (2007) until today, Agria has strengthened its presence in the community and already works with over 200 distributors in almost all member states.
