About us

Cambodia Bird Guide Association (CBGA) provides wildlife and nature tours in Cambodia to create jobs and alternative livelihoods for remote communities inside the protected areas in accordance to No Hunting and Deforestation Rules.
Cambodia Bird Guide Association (CBGA) was founded in December 2016 by a group of enthusiastic birdwatchers and conservationists, who collectively have many years of experience in wildlife preservation. Our organisation is committed to environmental protection and is actively working to make a difference in the Cambodian countryside.

We believe that through our ecotourism initiatives, we can inform and influence the thinking of Cambodians. Helping people to understand the value of the natural world and wildlife, then joining with us to protect that environment. The role we play is designed to help local people develop their livelihoods, meanwhile ensuring a clean and sustainable environment for the next generation of Cambodians.
