About us
Ecological Society "Ruzgar" is non-governmental, non-political and non-profit Organization of Azerbaijan citizen. ES "Ruzgar" was established in April 1996 by the group of scientists, engineers, doctors, sociologist, lawyers, economists and journalists, working in various fields of Environment protection. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Azerbaijan Republic on 23 May 1996.
