About us

At a time when rapid economic development and industrialization that did not think about the future generated enormous pollution, the Environmental Law Center, which opened as the Environmental Law Consulting Office of the Pollution Removal Movement Coalition, has now established its foundation as an environment-specialized legal institution both in name and in reality. For the first time in a civic group, three full-time lawyers are doing environmental litigation professionally and systematically, and together with 100 other member lawyers and lawyers, we are making every effort to specialize in environmental litigation.
Until today, there have been dedicated efforts of several lawyers to lead domestic environmental lawsuits that are like wasteland. The sweat of many people, including lawyers, who worked day and night for environmental litigation made the Environmental Law Center today.
In the future, the Environmental Law Center will do its best to realize environmental rights with full-time environmental lawyers, a steering committee consisting of dozens of legal experts, and 100 advisory lawyers.
