About us
Friends of the Earth Lithuania was established by national environmental clubs, groups and activists to coordinate activities and exchange information between over members across Lithuania. As the first post-Soviet environmental organisation in Lithuania, we played a significant role in democratising, raising public awareness on, and mobilising participation on environmental issues in the country. Today, we work to influence public policy, increase participation and raise public awareness about environmental protection and sustainable development.
