About Green Law Center
The Green Law Center started its activities as the ‘Environmental Litigation Center’, a specialized organization of the Green Alliance, in May 1999 to protect the people’s environmental rights through legal responses to environmental issues and to conduct a professional environmental movement.
The Green Law Center has been working hard to protect citizens' rights to the environment and health through environmental litigation.
The Green Law Center conducts various activities such as environmental litigation, legislative activities, environmental law school, and environmental school for lawyers so that the law, the basic system of society, protects the environmental rights of citizens and guarantees the rights of nature. We will work together with you for green justice in which humans and nature coexist.
We are pursuing a lawsuit to protect nature and reclaim our environmental rights.
We present the legislative direction of the environmental legal system to protect nature and humans, publish reports, and hold (policy) debates.
Environmental Law School
The Environmental Law School is a course for ordinary citizens and environmental activists to study environmental dispute resolution methods and laws and systems to protect the environment. We also run an environmental school for prospective lawyers.
