About us
The Kloof & Highway Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals provide a comprehensive service to a large community in order to fulfill our mandate in the protection of animals and to prevent cruelty, neglect and suffering. Our SPCA services a vast area from Westville to Cato Ridge and surrounding areas. Our team work tirelessly covering thousands of kilometers every year to rescue animals from abuse and neglect and bring those responsible to justice.
