About us

Normal security patrols are nomaly conducted  to ensure that the wildlife is secured. Through these patrols, rangers have been able to discover and arrests people engaged in illegal charcoal burning, logging and discovered some areas where poaching activities are suspected to take place. During the year LUMO has seen expansion of its rangers’ activities by stationing its rangers in outposts. This has helped improve surveillance of the whole conservancy.
