MANAP Industry Association (Hungarian Photovoltaic Industry Association)
The MANAP Industry Association was founded in 2010 on the initiative of some enthusiastic and dedicated solar panel industry players, which has since been joined by a significant number of companies active in the industry. Most of the solar electricity generation capacities built in Hungary were created as a result of the activities of MANAP members as suppliers or installers.
The basic goal of MANAP is to ensure that the green energy provided by solar (photovoltaic - PV) technology takes its rightful place in the Hungarian energy mix in terms of its social and economic utility. Achieving the above goal requires a predictable and long-term sustainable growth market environment that is free from extreme swings. This is the basic condition for the stable development of the majority of domestic solar companies of SME size and the domestic solar team of professionals.
MANAP carries out its activities as an independent professional interest representation, the members and the board participate in social work in the work of MANAP. As a non-governmental organization, we do not represent the interests of individual companies, but the common goals of all companies/organizations interested in the industry in some form during our activities.
