About us

Our National Nature Conservation Association was established in 1986.
We have organized 250 branches of 12 subcommittees in 6 divisions nationwide.
With subordinate organizations such as diving teams, mountain groups, aviation groups, environmental monitoring groups, environmental investigation groups, poaching monitoring groups, SMS special rescue teams, and Whitepeace Scouts, the number of members has reached 300,000 nationwide.

In the second half of 2006, we started the Northeast Asia Hwa Art Peace Solidarity, and we are promoting solidarity branches in Japan, China, Thailand, Singapore, and New Zealand.

The symbol of the National Nature Conservation Association is in the shape of a phoenix holding a round circle of five colors on top of the light of the sky shining on the Northeast Asian region centered on the Korean Peninsula, and the phoenix carrying the Taegeuk over its head again.

Here, the circle symbolizes the universe and the sky, and 1 and + signify the completion of numbers.

White, black, red, blue, and yellow symbolize the five color races of the global village.

It means the sun, water, fire, day and night, which are the appearance of the universe.

The phoenix holds the Taegeuk on her head and embraces the five-color universe. The vigorous flapping of its wings symbolizes the internationalization and globalization of Whitepeace, a movement to love nature, the environment, and life that started on the Korean Peninsula in Northeast Asia.
