About us
Founded in 1987, Provita is a Venezuelan non-profit, non-governmental organization whose Mission is to develop innovative socio-environmental solutions for nature conservation. We focus on three Areas of work: Research, to understand the status and threats to biodiversity; Education, so that people are part of the solutions; and, Conservation actions, to directly save species and ecosystems, hand in hand with local communities.
