About us

The Turtle Conservancy (TC) is a conservation organization that helps to protect threatened turtles, tortoises, and their habitats, worldwide. Its primary aim is to protect wild and endangered turtle and tortoise populations.

TC has supported projects in China, Guyana, India, Mexico, Madagascar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, South Africa, the Philippines, and the United States. It has also been involved in projects Southeast Asia, investigating illegal animal trade.
