Our environment law practice is developing rapidly, and we are adjusting ourselves for more sophisticated regulations being adopted almost daily in Turkey for the purposes of environment protection. Accordingly, our environment law practice advise clients on all aspects of complex environmental matters. We assist our clients on subjects including technical and scientific environment issues, issues regarding use of land, litigation exposures, insurance and cleanup strategies, government and regulator interactions and licensing and permission issues. In addition, we also provide services for assessment of environmental aspects of real estate projects, regulatory compliance, product standardization, green energy use in businesses and buildings and use of related incentives for licensing and taxation.
