About us

Baagi Environmental Consultancy (Baagi) is a tenacious, professional and independent environmental consultancy that aims at establishing sustainable developmental and a growth trajectory for the environmental industry and public sectors, with the primary aim of creating a green economy.

Baagi is a 100% black youth owned corporate that supports and promotes the South African Economic Development Strategies. Baagi believes in a holistic approach in dealing with projects of socio-economic and environmental concerns and believes in synergy between economic development, environmental conservation and social well-being. Based on the B-BBEE categories of companies, Baagi is rated a level 1 contribution.

Baagi is controlled and managed by previously disadvantage individuals. Baagi has a partnership with Tshwane University of Technology’s Department of Environment, Water and Earth Sciences that aims to provide internships and in service training for students to assist hem in acquiring skills and experience in the Environmental Industry. Baagi employs a total number of nine full-time team of specialists.

Baagi values and continuously strengthens relationships between our clients and our staff. This relationship is very crucial to us and aims to empower our clients to comply with legislative requirements on environmental conservation while delivering more value and optimizing resources utilized. This process involves continuously enabling and strengthening our clients’ and furthermore creating an inclination to diverge into an epoch of a greener economy.
