We commit to environmental Sustainability. Policies and procedures are implemented to support us in reducing as far as possible our impact on the environment. We improve our eco-efficiency with an array of measures, from efficient use of energy, water and paper, green Information Technology (IT), to video conferences instead of business trips etc. In accordance with the Bank's environmental awareness policy and with its aim to reduce the impact on the environment and public health, the Bank has adopted a systematic approach to managing its resources. We have developed an action plan for environmental investments following the energy audit which was conducted in 2017 and completed in 2018. It includes equipment upgrading and new systems, development of a Management System as well as following standards and acquiring certifications.
