Based on an understanding of complex and subdivided environmental regulations, BKL provides abundant laws in all areas of the environment, such as air, water quality, waste, soil pollution, noise and vibration, odor, chemicals, environmental impact assessment, energy, greenhouse gas, and climate change. He has experience in consulting and litigation. In particular, BKL provides legal advice, such as legal review opinions, legal due diligence, and compliance check, for domestic and overseas customers, and is involved in environmental dispute resolution such as civil litigation, criminal/internal investigation and criminal litigation, administrative litigation, and environmental dispute mediation. The environment group consists of experts who have been in charge of policy and practice for a long time while serving at the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Korea Transportation Safety Authority (KATRI), and the Korea Customs Service, as well as experts with rich manufacturing experience in the courts and prosecutors, and various Lawyers with experience in providing legal advice and dispute resolution in the environmental field have established an organic collaboration system to provide customized legal services to domestic and foreign clients.
