BLUESAVE Consulting GmbH is a Vienna, Austria-based engineering and consulting company specialising in building renovation, with a particular focus on the sustainable and ecologically oriented renovation of Vienna's Gründerzeit (late 19th/early 20th-century founder-era) old buildings alongside residential and commercial properties more broadly. The company positions the preservation of cultural heritage as a core motivation, developing renovation concepts specifically calibrated to how much modern intervention an old building's original structure can safely tolerate.

BLUESAVE's services span full-service general planning ('Generalplanung') for old-building renovation, mandatory engineering services under Austria's ÖNORM B1300 standard (which governs documentation and ongoing tracking of a building's technical/safety condition), energy performance certificates, Green Building certification support, and EU Taxonomy conformity assessments for renovated properties.
