BOZO & Associates offered national and international legal consultants for IFC, World Bank, UNDP, EBRD, etc. Moreover, we were selected for different projects funded by the European Union for the drafting of legal analysis, gap analysis, laws and bylaws complying with the EU Directives, as well as for legal assistance toward different international organizations. Our primary mission is to understand the interests and objectives of our clients and to propose to them a suitable solution meeting or even going beyond their expectation. BOZO & Associates offers a detailed expertise and a large experience in following foreign investment procedures in all the national legislation mechanisms. We offer legal and financial consulting to foreign investors in the tax field form the founding of a company to the legal representation in all other procedures and applications needed for the company registration in the National Registration Canter. BOZO & Associates has a staff of 12 attorneys working for different departments based on their field of expertise and covering in detail every issue according to their position and function.
