Chaolin New Energy is a Shanghai-based energy investment and operations company focused on distributed solar, wind and energy storage. It develops projects, funds them with its own capital and runs them for their full life. Chaolin holds 50+ MW of self-owned solar plants, and the fund-managed portfolio it is involved in totals 300+ MW. Reference projects include a 150 MW agrivoltaic plant in Gansu, a 50 MW / 100 MWh grid-side storage station in Zhejiang, and a 6.89 MW rooftop for an export appliance manufacturer in Guangdong. Factories can choose from four models: EMC (zero capex, 20+5-year solar and 15-year storage terms), EPC, BOT and finance lease. Storage systems use tier-one cells (CATL, Hithium, EVE) with PCS, EMS, BMS, liquid cooling and multi-level fire suppression. Customers get verifiable green power for RE100, ESG and export supply-chain requirements.
