About us

Charter Oak Environmental Services, Inc. was founded in 1997 with the mission to distinguish its environmental consulting practice to its clients by providing responsive, exceptional service at a fair cost. From the smallest tasks to multi-million dollar remediation projects, Charter Oak has been successful in that mission and continues to expand its base of satisfied clientele.
Charter Oak provides a diverse range of technical and management services to industrial/manufacturing facilities, commercial properties, attorneys and banks as well as other market segments. These services are provided while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Charter Oak strives to maintain perspective on how various projects fit together and how these projects mesh with the larger operational picture of our clients.

Charter Oak’s key technical staff has over 76 years of combined experience in environmental management, technical oversight and review, site investigation and remediation, with an emphasis on RCRA-regulated facilities. Our experience provides us with a thorough understanding of how the physical, economic, regulatory and stakeholder aspects of environmental projects culminate in the planning and implementation of site investigation and remediation.
