Consulting & Management Albania (C & M Albania) Sh.p.k is an indipendent Albanian private company with a wide range of experience in Architecture & Engineering, Consultancy Services and Capacity Building; Certified according to ISO 9001: 2008 & 14001: 2004 for quality and environment management.

It has a wide range of successful experience in consultancy services sector for market research, project planning and budgeting, feasibility studies, technical due diligence, real-estate retail, safety case and risk assessment, urban planning and architecture, roads, railways and other transport facilities, power energy production and transmission plants, power supply and sewerage plants, construction management with turn-key system, air traffic management, contract administration and technical assistance.

The company has successful experience in management and consultancy services in different contracts with premium expertise in design and supervision for the construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities, airports, air traffic, public buildings, diplomatic mission’s complexes and residences, housing, judiciary, administrative, commercial and tourist buildings, health facilities, historical buildings and infrastructures. It is very familiar with PRAG and FIDIC conditions and has acquired deep knowledge of local conditions and regulations, working under contract with Albanian public institutions, private companies and various international institutions and organizations.
