About us

CORAL for Environmental and Energy Services (CORALCEES) is an independent environmental and energy consultancy established in Yemen in 2004, delivering technical studies, baseline surveys, and advisory services to international and local clients across the country.
Our delivered environmental services include ESIA/EIA, environmental and social baseline surveys, climate risk research, marine ecology surveys, EMS development, environmental regulatory framework assessment, and waste management regulatory studies, all in accordance with IFC Performance Standards and the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework. CORALCEES is further positioned to support climate vulnerability assessment, land degradation assessment, coastal zone management, ecosystem services assessment, DRR and climate resilience studies, and environmental awareness and training.
On the energy side, CORALCEES delivers renewable energy feasibility (solar and waste-to-energy), energy efficiency studies, fuel-switch analysis, GHG assessment, carbon footprint estimation, climate change mitigation studies, and GCF-compliant climate finance advisory. We are further equipped to support NDC advisory, climate adaptation studies, water resources management, and GEF and IKI funding documentation.
We provide retained environmental legal compliance advisory, EMS and HSE system development, and strategic environmental advisory, and are developing our sustainability and ESG advisory services.
