About us
When we founded Ductor in 2009, we were worried about the future of global food supply. We knew there was something wrong with current farming. We knew that synthetic fertilizers and pesticide use were killing our soils and polluting our waters. We wanted to find solutions to make farming ecological again, while still providing a plentiful, nourishing, safe food supply for the world. Our starting point was to do this together with planet earth. We did not want to invent something synthetic, but something that comes from nature and can help nature help itself. - Ari Mokko, Founder & CEO, Ductor Inc. Ductor is a global biotech company that is changing the world through groundbreaking innovation, design, and the circular economy. Our ambition is to fight climate change, produce renewable energy and solve increasing food demand and waste accumulations challenges. Ductor was founded in Helsinki, Finland. Today we operate globally in the America, Europe, and Asia.
