About us

ECO TRAV is a Belgian construction company based in Watermael-Boitsfort (Brussels), specialising in renovation, construction, and the energy improvement of existing buildings. The company accompanies both private individuals and professionals through sustainable renovation projects, proposing modern, high-performance, and environmentally respectful solutions for homes and apartments, and states its mission as improving a building's energy performance while optimising occupant comfort and long-term property value.

ECO TRAV's renovation services span exterior works — waterproofing of roofs, terraces, and basements; facade renovation including cleaning, repair, repointing, and rendering; wall and roof insulation (both internal and external) to improve energy performance; and window/door frame installation and replacement (PVC, aluminium, or wood, with double or triple glazing) — as well as interior works including full home and apartment renovation, custom kitchen and bathroom installation, interior finishing (plastering, partitions, painting, flooring), thermal and acoustic insulation, and loft/attic conversion. On the technical side, the company also handles plumbing, electrical and photovoltaic installation, ventilation, heating (including heat pumps), and rainwater-harvesting systems.

ECO TRAV works with technical partners including Buildwise (the Belgian construction research centre), Cantillana Façade, Ecobati, and Knauf to help ensure projects use certified, high-quality materials, and assists clients with applying for Belgian renovation subsidies ('primes à la rénovation'), managing the paperwork from application through administrative follow-up.
