About us
Ecobay Kayak was born out of the genuine love of nature and all her beauty. Long ago, perhaps 18 years, I worked aboard a whale watching vessel in Hawaii. My job was to take people snorkeling and bridge the gap between the safety and security of the vessel to the vast unknown natural world beneath them, that which some traveled more than 6000 miles to see. The breaching whales, 300 ft waterfalls, beautiful Hawaiian people and sunsets were cool (insert laugh) but I genuinely fell in love with helping people experience nature. It is Ecobay Kayak & SUP’s mission to provide a safe, educational and fun environment to explore, experience, and be in this beautiful setting myself and our guides call home.
