ECOFACT Environmental Consultants Ltd. is Ireland’s leading independent provider of ecology surveys and environmental management services. The company was established in 1999 by Dr. William O’Connor, a senior environmental scientist who had previously worked for the Irish Electricity Supply Board (ESB). ECOFACT offers extensive services relating to terrestrial, marine and freshwater environments. We can manage the environmental aspects of a project from its inception through to construction and ongoing operational environmental management.
