The foundation of the OST Group company (EcoVille is also a participating company) is the Spitak-1 construction company founded in the 1980s. Currently, it is one of the largest construction companies in the Republic of Armenia, specializing in infrastructure, commercial, industrial and residential sectors, in particular, in the construction of water supply systems, hydroelectric and solar energy facilities, factories and office buildings, residential buildings and neighborhoods, as well as road construction.
