About us
EFFEKT is a design and research studio based in Copenhagen. We provide solutions and services within the built environment and the natural systems that sustain us. Our ambitious team includes designers, architects, urban planners, landscape architects, and an array of highly skilled specialists. All of us are thinkers and builders. Our projects range in size from urban plans to landscapes, public space, buildings and objects. We combine a holistic and systemic design approach with human-scale design sensitivity and focus on end user experience. EFFEKT is Danish for impact. We believe that buildings and cities must create a lasting positive impact on people and planet. We aim to create a lasting social, economic and environmental impact with each individual project. We always consider our designs in a larger local, regional and global context - creating societal value beyond brief and client.
