Elgawa was founded in 1958 as a partnership between local contractors who needed a qualified electrical contractor to deliver turn key projects to their customers. Since then Elgawa evolved into the largest technical contractor in Suriname. Our reputation for quality products and workmanship has allowed us to become Suriname’s premier electrical contractor. We are proud of our history and performance on many different commercial, industrial, high-tech, institutional, medical and large residential projects. Our capabilities and services cover all aspects of electrical, hvac, plumbing and power generation work including new construction, renovations, engineering/design and service/ maintenance.
