About us
There are mainly two reasons why we need to ventilate: 1. Add clean, fresh air that enhances the environment in the housing unit, and gives you greater well-being. New housing units are tested against leakage in accordance with the building regulations, this means that you must change the air mechanically through balanced ventilation. 2. Prevent mold formation and moisture damage As all new housing units are sealed, it is absolutely necessary to have the rooms ventilated so that moisture does not form and settle in materials. This can subsequently lead to mold and rot damage. In addition, there are great opportunities for individual adaptation of your indoor environment. One can e.g. force extraction from wet rooms during use, force supply air in rooms with a fireplace during lighting, force extraction in rooms at a given CO2 saturation, minimize ventilation when using the "away" function, etc.
