(ECL) was incorporated as a Private Limited Consulting Firm in August, 2005 and started propagation being backed by highly qualified professional specialists and experts on multidisciplinary areas such as Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, Environmental Planning and Design etc. with its established Office at: 8, Garden Rose (1st Floor), Monipuripara, Tejgaon, Dhaka 1215. ECL is an independent and multidisciplinary consulting firm which, has the technical skill, expertise, experience and is capable of handling IEE, EIA, ESIA, EMP. Water and wastewater treatment plant, waste management, treated wastewater recycling and reuse, arsenic contamination, and any consulting services on time, within budget and to the standard of quality demanded.
