About us

ERM has been supporting clients in Mozambique for over 15 years and has a permanent office in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. 
The opening of an office in Mozambique is a further step towards ensuring that we continue to meet our clients' demand for world class environmental and social expertise with strong local knowledge and experience. There is significant potential for ERM to grow within the Mozambique market to meet the demands of our global oil and gas and mining clients, and this expansion will also further our capacity to deliver projects in other Portuguese speaking countries in Africa, such as Angola.
ERM is involved in a range of environmental, health, safety and social projects and work throughout the Sub-Saharan region to offer clients effective, cost-conscious solutions using experienced local and global expertise. ERM also has a strong track record of advising on conventional and renewable power projects in Mozambique with regional investment being driven by demand. In other sectors significant donor and public spending is being undertaken to upgrade road, rail and port infrastructure, and to improve agricultural and forestry sectors and the associated food and beverage industry.
