About us
Farm2Fridge is a social enterprise which runs by an Organic farmer who believes in offering people the option of eating safe food (grown without synthetic chemicals and pesticides), while recognizing and supporting farmers who grow this food. We partner with farmers’ FPOs and connect farmers who want to grow organic with customers who want to buy organic. Farm2Fridge grew out of a need to start at the beginning, at the root of the problem. We started with thinking about inclusive and sustainable development and realized it was important to begin with food and the people who grow it for us. In India, agriculture is a source of livelihood for more than 70% of the population, making it the foundation for economic development of our country.
