fork mountain farm is a family run farm in the big pine community of madison county nc. we grow on 2 acres of fertile bottom land and a hill side apple orchard with 33 heirloom varieties. our retail markets are the madison county farmers and artisan market in mars hill on saturday 9-1 and the weaverville tailgate market on wednesday afternoon 2:30-6:30. we supply several lodcal restaurants with fresh produce including bouchons french bistro, laughing seed cafe, fiore's ristorante toscana, posana cafe.
