About us

GeoCon Site Investigations Ltd are specialist site investigation consultants and contractors providing environmental consultancy and site investigation services within both the public and private sectors to clients across the country.

Our clients include private developers, housing developers, principal contractors, civil engineers, structural engineers, architects, geotechnical designers, and local authorities, Highways England, and the Environment Agency.

Founded in 2007 GeoCon has grown and expanded to become a leading independent site investigation consultant and contractor operating within the contaminated land, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, ground engineering and engineering geology within the construction industry with particular focus on site investigation of “Previously Developed Land” (potentially contaminated land) formerly termed Brownfield land and Greenfield land, for all Environmental and Geotechnical projects.
