About us
In 1994 the Dutch division of Green Cross International (GCI) came into being. Together with Japan, Russia, Switzerland, and the United States, we then formally joined GCI. The goal of Green Cross Netherlands is to increase ecological and social-economic sustainability by initiating, supporting and connecting local, national and global projects with a focus on sustainability, security, and safety to promote a value change which enables the transition to a sustainable, resilient, and secure future for the earth and her inhabitants. We're in the business of saving the planet. We are working towards a sustainable, resilient, and secure future for the Earth and all its inhabitants.
