About us

GSR Environmental Consultancy was founded by four like-minded individuals with a desire to drive green solutions for sustainable development, inspired by their vision to protect and preserve the natural environment. GSR was formed in 2004.


The Firm has expertise and experience in environmental management and engineering, supported by associates with expertise in specific specialty areas.

The principals of GSR Environmental Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. have been directly engaged in more than 80 environment-related studies including environmental impact assessments, environmental site assessments, environmental management systems, environmental planning and modelling, municipal solid waste management and scheduled waste management studies. These projects were undertaken working in multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and planners with the aim of helping organizations to strategise, formulate environmental policies and meet the challenges of development. GSR is registered with the Ministry of Finance in Malaysia.
