About us

Working with you in the design process is key to more than what appears on the paper plan.  How you entertain.  Do you spend time in the garage working on a project.  Do you need a get away space that is cozy and quiet
What is important to you? Comfort? Better indoor air quality? Saving energy and water? These are the three areas I design around to build a home that is durable and easier to maintain over the long haul.  
 I don't describe my homes as fancy, but I do like details that sets the home apart from the "cookie cutter" houses.  The Placitas home pictured above in it's finishing phase is just over 1200 sq ft,  sits atop a bluff with a fantastic south facing view of the Sandia Mountains.  The  back porch takes in the great view but shades the hot afternoon sun.   Comfortable!
