About us
Heyday started out as a guy and girl sharing a belief that our health, environment, and happiness are all connected. To get the most out of life, we should strive to keep these aspects in balance. Having both faced a period of negative health experiences after being exposed to too many unnatural foods and environments, it became clear to us that something wasn’t right with the current approach to health. Nutrition and supplements all seemed overly-processed, artificial, and confusing. Most were full of chemical sweeteners and unnecessary fillers. Health was all about diet pills and detox teas. We wondered why no attention was being given to Earth’s natural resources, or our bodies’ amazing natural abilities. Heyday was created so we could help everyone feel great in their own bodies; so we could make real and responsible nutrition cool again; and, most importantly, so we could create the perfect balance for our health, environment, and happiness.
