About us

Established in 1974, with more than 40 years of experience in the pe bag and PE film manufacturing industry, we are the correct choice for corporate customers who are looking for partners to supply PE packaging products in Vietnam.

Starting as a state-owned enterprise established and participating in a cooperation project with Japanese enterprises Nagasaki and Musashino, through cooperation relationships with Japanese enterprises since 1996, HPC has built a production process according to Japanese standards with a team of employees participating in training courses.

In 2005, HPC converted to 100% equitization of capital from employees. With the new form of enterprise ownership, inheriting the production process platform according to Japanese standards, HPC continues to expand the production scale of the main products selected as PE bags and stretch film film. So far, HPC has developed up to 10 factories located in Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, with an average total output of 6000 MT/month, including 75% of supermarket bag products, 24% of garbage bag products, 1% of stretch film products.

Through becoming a supplier to large Japanese corporations and enterprises, HPC's products are present in many stores, large supermarket systems such as Family Mart, Super Mart, Wallmart, Aeon ...
