Page  Solar Energy Systems Ltd was founded in 1983 in response to the growing  interest and a need for remote power systems and renewable energy  products, and this was followed by the establishment of Independent  Power NZ Ltd in 1989.  With  over 34 years of experience in the renewable energy industry within New  Zealand and the Pacific Islands, Independent Power is well placed to  provide you with everything you need to set up a stand-alone power  system. From system design, product supply, technical advice, an  extensive dealer/installer network and after sales service support,  Independent Power can offer you a turn-key option.

Independent Power  continue to move forward with new developments in the industry and offer  technical and engineering support for both the domestic and commercial  markets covering grid-tie, grid-connect with battery storage, and  off-grid power solutions. Independent Power offers a wide range of high  quality and durable alternative energy equipment, including solar  modules, mounting systems, controllers, inverter/chargers, pre-wired  inverter systems, system management and control, wind turbines, deep  cycle batteries, low energy refrigeration, generators and a range of  their own in-house developed products.
