Indian Pollution Control Association(IPCA) is a not-for-profit, non-government organization(NGO), established in the year 2001 with the support of Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act and India first register Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) with Central Pollution Control Board(CPCB) for managing plastic waste at National level.
