IZI by EDF is the home energy-renovation service brand of the EDF (Électricité de France) group, France's largely state-owned electric utility. Rather than supplying electricity itself, IZI by EDF operates as a project-management platform for energy renovation of existing French homes: it conducts a thermal study of a home, helps select the appropriate equipment, matches the homeowner with a vetted, RGE-certified ('Reconnu Garant de l'Environnement,' France's official environmental-competence label) tradesperson from a network of over 1,000 local professionals, oversees installation quality, and manages the paperwork required to claim French government renovation subsidies such as MaPrimeRénov'.

IZI by EDF's services cover heating and air conditioning system replacement (heat pumps, boilers, electric radiators, water heaters), insulation of walls, attics/lofts, and lower floors, window and door replacement, whole-house 'rénovation énergétique globale' (comprehensive energy renovation), heat pump and boiler maintenance, and electric vehicle charging point installation for homes, shared apartment buildings, and businesses.
