About us

JM Coastal LTD was established in 2016 as a specialist hydrodynamic modelling consultancy with particular expertise in developing coastal models. With a significant percentage of the world's population living close to the coast, continuing coastal development and future challenges such as sea level rise, coastal science continues to be a relevant and exciting field in which to work. Coastal modelling is an increasingly valuable tool for making informed and sustainable decisions for coastal planning. With a diverse background in coastal modelling, both as an academic, and in the private sector as a catastrophe modeller, I hope that through JM Coastal LTD I can bring my passion to the craft of developing accurate and robust hydrodynamic models to meet some of the challenges that this diverse and dynamic environment presents.
