About us

Stop dumping used cooking oil that blocks the drain. Through sharing this sustainable knowledge and movement, we focus on environment issues of used cooking oil disposal and detergent use. By sharing and co-making together, we would like to have deeper connections with local restaurants and communities to improve sustainable life cycle.

JooSoap project involves hands-on workshops, toolkits and local-global networking collaborations. We invite and encourage more people & NGOs to take parts locally to start producing own cleaning products and join the “Eco-Soap movement”. We together, doing good for the earth!

The technique/recipe we use is modified by Mrs. Feng-Ying Chiang together with the lecturers from Taiwan Taichung Maple Community Eco-School(台中楓樹環保小學堂). They have long experience of making and teaching this eco-soaps since 1996, with training more than 2,000 eco-soap lecturers in Taiwan. JooSoap Studio has been activated in Helsinki from 2011, and closely working with Maple Eco-School. The innovation and international hub - JooSoap Studio was registered in Finland in 2014, and more actively in business since 2015, aims to develop a social impact network for bigger influence within Finland, Taiwan and internationally.
