On a piece of land of 5.6 acres, in the village of Kamari in Paros, we are building, step by step, our dream: an open farm that aims to collect and present the natural wealth of the island and, more broadly, of the Aegean ecosystem. We faithfully follow the principles of organic farming. We are inspired by the principles of permaculture and focus on following its cultivation methods.
