About us

For almost 50 years, we have taken care of important companies – major corporations as well as medium-sized companies –, associations and the public sector (at a national, state and local level) throughout Germany in matters of commercial law.

We advise our clients and represent them in litigation, in landmark proceedings under national and European jurisdiction up to the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Federal Constitutional Court and the highest federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings.

Our core tasks include restructurings prompted by labour law, advice on works constitution law, private building projects, real estate transactions, proceedings under commercial and company law, as well as major projects e.g. Stuttgart 21, power plants etc.
